As a guide, cook the pork belly for 30 minutes per 500g at 180°C/160°C fan plus a 30-minute blast in a hot oven at 220°C/200°C fan.

Make sure pork is cooked throughout before serving as ovens may vary.

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
