As a rough guideline, we charge the following for cutting and processing.

 

Carcasses

Cattle - £1.40 per kg

Sheep - £35 per head

Pigs - £1.40 per kg

 

Manufacturing

Sausages - £1.00 /per 1lb pack

Burgers - £1.00 /per 4 pack
