Salt & Pepper Chicken Stir Fry with mixed Veg

Strips of succulent chicken breast fillet with bell peppers and red onions.  Coated in a delicious salt and pepper marinade. 

Ideal served with noodles or rice.

Heat 2 tbsp of good olive oil in a wok or heavy based frying pan until spitting hot.  
Tip the contents of the tray into the wok and stir fry for 7-10 minutes until piping hot.  
There is no need to add any other seasonings unless you want to.  You can always add more beef if you're feeling very hungry!
Serve with rice or egg noodles. 

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
