The key to a fantastic lamb shoulder is low and slow - oven roast for 3.5 hours at 160°c , serve with roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings & mint sauce.

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
