Had these after trying the black garlic steak at The Bothy; they didn't disappoint! Cooked them in the airfryer; a very quick and tasty dinner. Would recommend.

Oven – pre heat oven 180c Cook for 8-10 minutes turning halfway through.
BBQ- cook for 5-8 minutes over a medium to high heat on the BBQ tuning frequently.
Ensure piping hot throughout.
