This product should be oven cooked from chilled.     

Pre heat oven to 180c fan.

Remove fim lid.  

Place open tray on a baking sheet and cook in oven for 30 minutes.

Check product is piping hot and no traces of pink remain before tucking in.   

Serve with creamy mash, steamed seasonal vegetables and our delicious peppercorn sauce.  

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase.
