I used 500g of this beef to make Hungarian Goulash.
Proper Goulash. Toasted caraway and thyme paprika garlic, everything.
The meat was tender not fall to bits tender but just good. The meat was full of flavour and a wonderful dark colour.
500g was not enough. I'll use 700 or 800g next time.
Superb meat.
Going to try a rendang next.
Bought the special offer, have made the most delicious stew with it. Melts in your mouth and so tasty.
I am quite particular about fat on my beef, and honestly no fat.
