Buffalo Farm Starts Production of Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella

The time has come where we can officially say we are proud to become Scotland’s first producers of Buffalo Mozzarella.

We have finally been given the green light to start our full production following the rigorous tests that food products need to adhere to – especially dairy products.

The good news is our Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella tastes incredible, and if you are a lover of great Scottish produce, you can look forward to a real treat for your salad, burger, pizza or even on its own.

It is a monumental achievement by the team here, who continue to go above and beyond in everything we do.

We have so many people to thank - but none more so than our executive founders, founders and supporters who believed in the dream and became part of the project.

The dairy team are now working hard to build up production and stock levels - we would love to hear what you think.
