Steak and Buffalo Olives

This version of olive is made from our plain Buffalo burger meat wrapped with Scotch Beef minute steak. They are designed for making an easy and delicious casserole, although they are versatile and could also be cooked in a tomato sauce and served with pasta or cooked in a vege chilli base and served with rice, the list is endless. 400g pack (4 in a pack)


These are what first attracted me to the Buffalo Farm; it's not easy finding beef olives south of the border & if you do find English-made ones they're not the same ......... both the filling & the meat are different.  So these were the first Buffalo Farm produce cooked after receiving delivery - and they certainly didn't dissapoint.

Cooked in traditional veg. & gravy these were absolutely delicious and took me back decades to how my mum used to cook beef olives.

Being English I had never had these before, but followed a cooking recommendation on here and what a joy. I didn't know what to expect, but they were delicious.
