Grill, pan fry, BBQ

To grill from chilled.   Cook on grill-Moderate Heat for 15minutes

BEFORE COOKING:- Preheat grill. Remove packaging and place sausages on grill pan.

DURING HEATING:- Turn ocassionally.

AFTER COOKING:- Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

 

Oven cooked from chilled.  190oC/Fan 170oC/Gas 5 for 30 minutes.

BEFORE COOKING:- Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sausages on baking tray on middle shelf of oven.

DURING COOKING:- Turn over halfway through cooking.

AFTER COOKING:- Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Frying from chilled.  Cook on a medium heat for approximately 10-12 minutes.

BEFORE COOKING:- Preheat frying pan with oil. Remove all packaging and place sausages in frying pan.

DURING COOKING:- Turn occasionally.

AFTER COOKING:-Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
