Pork Shoulder Roast, boned and rolled.


Superb. A lovely piece of meat, just enough fat to flavour and, of course, for crackling. Just chucked in the oven for a couple of hours and then plenty resting time. The resulting juicy slices were a treat. You can actually taste the meatiness, unlike many bland supermarket joints. 

I don't often write reviews but enjoyed this so much I just had to. I am happy to pay for the best meat but, at well under a tenner, this is such a bargain.
