To BBQ  - Double wrap each rack in aluminium foil. ... Place the ribs on the grill over direct medium heat and cook for 1 hour, with the lid closed, occasionally turning the packets over for even cooking, making sure not to pierce the foil. 

To Oven Cook - There is no need to use foil for oven baking, simply place in a roasting tin in your oven pre-heated to 160c fan for 90 minutes. 

Your ribs should be caramelised and tender after this time but if you want them extra crispy on the outside simply baste in the juices and cook for a further 20 min at 190c fan.  

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
