A classic Sunday roast!

Our Native Gold Silverside is a premium cut which has been matured for 28 days to be juicy, tender and packed with flavour.

Perfect served with Yorkshire Puddings and fresh vegetables and just as tasty served the next day on sandwiches for lunch.

Nutritional Information

Remove the beef from the fridge one hour before you want to cook it to let it come up to room temperature. 

Preheat the oven to 240c conventional/220c fan

Drizzle the beef with good olive oil and give it a good rub in then season with salt and pepper.

Place the beef in a roasting tin and place the tin in the oven.

Immediately turn the temperature down to 200c conventional/180c fan.

The following is a rough guide to cooking times based on 1kg of beef and how you like it cooked. 

Medium Rare = 45 minutes

Medium = 1 hour

Med/Well = 1hr 20 minutes

Please remember to rest the beef for 15-20 minutes after it comes out of the oven; this is crucially important for a tender finish.



Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
