Our Haggis is made with great attention to detail by our butchers to create a consistent product which is full of flavour with a wee kick at the end. Our unique recipie uses lamb, beef and buffalo offal, expertly mixed with oatmeal and our blend of spices.

Haggis is extremely versatile and can be used in breakfasts or stuffing among other uses, not forgetting a traditional Haggis, Neeps & Tatties!


Initially a lovely haggis ........ and then the pepper hits you.

Sorry but too much pepper for me, which seem to be commonly the case these days.

Cooking instructions 

Cut in to slices approximately 1.5cm slice 

Oven -

pre heat oven to 180c cook for 5-8 minutes 

Turning halfway through 

Grill on a medium heat cook for 5-8 minutes turning halfway through. 

Pan fry  on a medium heat add a small amount of oil and fry for 5- 8minutes turning half way through 

Ingredients: Lamb Lung, Oatmeal, Salt, Rice Flour, Dried Onion, Spices (Pepper, Chilli), WHEAT Flour, Flavourings., Water, Beef, Black Pepper

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
