Darren our Butchery Manager has developed his own recipe for a delicious Doner Kebab.

A mix of beef and lamb delicately seasoned and made with ingredients which do not contain gluten.

Ready to oven cook

Ideal sliced and served with Pitta breads, green salad and a yogurt dressing.  

Minimum Weight 500g - Serves 2 / 3 people




Absolutely delicious! We had ours with salad for tea last night and leftovers on pitta breads for lunch today. So yummy. Would highly recommend and will definitely be buying again.

So tasty and I'm glad I bought two!  I wasn't sure what to expect but what a taste hit.  Served with fried rice (spring onions and red pepper) and Greek set yoghurt with srircha.

I've started to buy more of these on each order, it's getting to the point where these are part of the weekly menu.
Left overs are had the next day, we've used on pizza and mixed into lobbies too.

Remove film lid, cover tray with tin foil and place in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees or gas mark 5 - for 45 minutes until cooked and piping hot throughout.
Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Slice thinly and serve in warm pitta breads with aioli and hot sauce for the authentic experience!

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.

Ingredients: Beef(40%), Lamb(33%), Onion, Garlic Puree, Oregano, Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon, Salt, Preservative E221(SULPHITE), Paprika, Herbs (CELERY Leaves, Parsely, Chives).
