I have bought buffalo mince for a number of years now, since I started using a body builder (Mike Geary's) recipe for chilli. He is a nutritionist and promotes eating natural, grass fed meat, as it is the best quality. I was happy to find that buffalo can only be grass fed, so they have guaranteed high protein and the mince is very affordable. I recommend buffalo meat to everyone and I also recommend the chilli recipe as the best you will ever make!

Place the mince in the centre of the hot frying pan, a teaspoon of oil can also be added to suit your personal preference. Brown mince all over for around 5 minutes. The mince can then be used to make your favourite recipe. Ensure that the mince is piping hot throughout before serving.
