Our Buffalo Mozzarella Pearls are bite-sized balls of fresh mozzarella, perfect for salads, appetisers, grilling on the BBQ, or enjoying as a quick snack. Each pack contains 125g of mozzarella balls (approx. 8-9 balls), offering great versatility.
Our mozzarella is packed in salted water to keep it fresh and moist. To serve, remove the pack from the fridge about 45 minutes in advance, keeping it sealed. For the best flavour, enjoy mozzarella at room temperature.
Drain the mozzarella in a colander five minutes before serving.
It’s delicious on its own, cooked into a recipe or simply pairs wonderfully with sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, freshly ground pepper, and a sprinkle of rock salt.
