Bone Broth is gaining in popularity as a fabulously benficial food. Bone broth is packed with protein, vitamins, minerals, collagen and keratin which makes it fantastic for skin, digestion and many claim also for cellulite! To make bone broth simply roast the bones for a bit of added flavour, add a splash of acid in the form of cider vinegar or tomato puree to aid breakdown and then boil the bones in water. Ideally boil them for 12 hours until they break down and crumble and then strain off your beautiful broth. The broth can either be drunk as it is or added to cooking.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
