Grill – 10-15 minutes turning frequently
Oven- place on baking tray and cook for 8-10 minutes
Pan fry – on a medium heat add a splash of oil cook for 10-15 minutes turning frequently
Until golden brown and cook all the way through
Core temp should be above 75c
Ensure food is piping hot throughout.
