Seal fillet in a pan with butter or oil once sealed
Place in a preheated oven at 180c
For 20-30 minutes
Core temperature
Rare- 49c-54c
Medium – 57c-63c
Well done – 68c
Take out 5-8c below desired cooking temp
To allow meat to rest as meat will continue cook to during this time.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
