Great stir fry beef and mixed peppers in a sauce with a chilli kick - enough for two with side dishes. Very tasty and we enjoyed!

Fantastic stir fry, really tasty, added some fresh chopped mushrooms when frying and it was ready in a few minutes. Added a dollop of mayonnaise on top, meal ready fit for a queen. You will not be disappointed!!

Heat 2 tbsp of good olive oil in a wok or heavy based frying pan until spitting hot.  
Tip the contents of the tray into the wok and stir fry for 7-10 minutes until piping hot.  
There is no need to add any other seasonings unless you want to.  You can always add more beef if you're feeling very hungry!
Serve with rice or egg noodles. 

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of purchase. If freezing freeze on day of receipt.
