I thought I had found the perfect "go to" burger with the 4oz patties from the Buffalo Farm........ until I saw these bad boys! 6oz of the best quality beef that give you a memorable feast. I have 2 teenage sons who would probably put burgers at the top of their favourite foods. These huge treats satisfy even their ravenous appetites. Yep, one burger is enough for the human dustbin that is my 16-y-o. Topped with bacon and cheese, of course, he is a growing lad after all! My only problem now is getting buns/rolls that are big enough to hold them. Superb!

A really well flavoured and meaty burger and bigger size is good! Had it topped with melted Buffalo Mozerella - a real treat!

Pan fry – cook - 8 minutes turn halfway through.
