Ordered these last week and what a revelation, a great sausage with the maple balancing out the chilli, very tasty and whilst we had them oven baked, I can imagine on the barbie they would be brilliant as well. Great recipe Buffalo Farm butchers!
Bought these to try this week - they gave off a lovely aroma in the fridge! First bite was delicious sweet maple syrup, but afterwards the chilli took away any remaining maple flavour.
Could do with slightly less chilli.
