Two years ago, I started on two incredible journeys. I had just become a dad for the first time - yep Harry was 2 yesterday.  We also launched our Founders Club campaign. 

Fast forward two years and we are now making Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella, we have agreed a deal with Aldi who will stock it in their stores for Scottish Food fortnight, we have a UK distribution deal with the Cress Co and we have just agreed with IJ Mellis, one of the country's most respected cheese companies who will be distributing our Mozzarella.

And it is all thanks to the amazing support of our Founders, Supporters and Customers who have made this happened.

I still have to pinch myself sometimes that this is not an incredible dream.

So I am delighted to give you all a sneak peek of our Founders Wall which showcases the incredible people who believed in our dream.
