Nick Nairn has been one of our biggest supporters over the years. He was the first person in the world to cook one of our buffalo burgers as part of a TV programme called "Tricky Business." It was at that point he said, "Why don't you make Buffalo Mozzarella?"
When we launched our Founders Club crowdfunding campaign, he gave up his time to come along to one of our fundraising events and spoke passionately about why Scotland has the perfect environment to produce fantastic Buffalo Mozzarella.
So when we made our first batch of Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella, it was only natural that he be one of the first restaurants to try the exciting new product - especially as he would give his honest opinion.
