NEW: Self-Isolating - Delivery/Collection Options

We expect a growing number of customers to be self-isolating and we want to ensure you can still access our fantastic good quality food, so we have introduced some additional measures for delivery or pickup of orders:

If you have a car but are self-isolating or would just rather not come into the shop, you can order online and arrange for pick up. Simply come into the car park, give us a call to let us know your order number and your car type and we will have a member of staff bring your order out to your car for you.

If you are self-isolating, don’t have a car but live in the local Fife area, we can arrange for home delivery  – if you would prefer not to have contact with the driver, we can arrange for your order to be left at the front door or in a safe space.

If you are buying online and want to take advantage of our Self Isolating Service – simply put the notes in the comments section on your order.

Please note, there is currently a 48 hour lead time for all orders
 

Essential Items for Local Delivery

To try and make things as easy as possible for our local customers, we have expanded our online range to include a selection of Essential Products including milk, bread, vegetables and eggs, available for local delivery in Fife - you can find out more information by clicking here. Government Guidelines

While we already follow strict hygiene practices because of the type of business we are, we are taking extra precautions - we will have hand sanitiser available to use in the shop and all areas and equipment are being cleaned more frequently. 

We are aware that the virus can only be transmitted through close contact with someone who is infected - and not through food. We have had no symptoms amongst any of our staff - if this changes, they will be told to self isolate as per Government guidelines. 

We are also keeping in touch with our suppliers and couriers, who are also taking all necessary precautions to ensure safety.

We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will keep you informed of any updates if required.
