Video Tour of the Mozzarella Production Facilities

This video is an exciting one as we take a quick video tour of the Buffalo Mozzarella production facilities to show you we are almost in touching distance of our dream. 

We are still working to get the finishing touches in place and the necessary certification but we are oh so close.

As we are starting to get to the technical side of things I have enlisted the help of the very experienced Juan, to explain the technology and the equipment we have installed.
