We are extremely proud to be the inhouse butchers for Craigie’s Farm shop and café, just outside of Edinburgh where our fantastic team of Buffalo Farm Butchers are on hand to offer advice on the best cut, tell you about how healthy our buffalo meat is and they will also provide some great cooking tips too!
Craigies is a real jewel in the crown of Scotland's foodie centres with a fantastic selection of products and virtually all sourced locally - including a superb selection of Scottish gins, artisan gifts and an amazing chocolate counter that is to die for. The farm itself is focused on soft fruits and growing vegetables with a thriving pick your own season that attracts people from all over Scotland who love the farmyard animals and the kids play area.
The recently extended cafe takes great pride in serving fresh, seasonal food that’s grown on the farm as well as our own delicious meats.
