We are looking for candidates to fill the following positions:

Events Supervisor 
Event Staff

We pride ourselves on delivering high quality products, produced from our own Farm.

Everything is freshly cooked on BBQs and our unique BBQ train smoker and professionally prepared by our event staff.

We work long hours over a concentrated period of time; our main event season runs from June until mid-September.  

This summer we are part of well-known events all over the UK.  We are catering at St. Andrews Square in Edinburgh daily during the festival period, as well as attending many local events.

Due to this expansion we are looking for professional, fun people who enjoy the festival feeling to join our Events team, to promote our brand and help build our business further.

Supervisor

Initially a 3 month contract until the end of September 2015, with the potential for a full time long term contract for the right person.

Rate of Pay negotiable dependant on experience.

Driver’s License Essential, with the confidence to drive large vans, and the ability to travel when required.

Ideally trained to intermediate level food safety

The right person will make work enjoyable and fun, not only for our colleagues but also for our customers building relationships and promoting our products.

Have the ability to work to the highest standard of customer service, attention to detail and maintaining food safety standards.

Managing a team ensuring efficiency, food safety standards are followed, maintaining paperwork, and stock control.
 

Event Staff

We are looking for well-presented people to join our team, with a good work ethic, fun personality who can make our customers feel valued and maintain our quality image.

Experience of working in a busy customer facing, fast paced environment.

Basic Food Safety knowledge

Elementary food safety certificate would be an advantage but not essential  

Must be reliable and prepared to work weekends throughout the summer period.
