Veal Roast

Difficulty - not too tricky

Ingredients

  • 1 Glass white wine
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 sage leaves
  • 2 bay-leaves
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • Beef stock
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Rub salt & pepper into the meat
  2. Seal the roast on all sides
  3. Add the white wine and gently simmer
  4. Cut the garlic clove in half and add 
  5. Add remaining of the herbs to the meat and pour in the beef stock
  6. Cook for 60-75minutes at 200℃ and turn often, add more stock if needed
  7. Once cooked allow meat to rest for 10minutes before cutting
