Well folks, I am back again with another Mozzarella update. The Buffalo shed is making great progress and the production facility is getting ever so close to being complete.
The Scottish weather hasn't been kind in recent weeks but our main contractor, Robinsons, is confident we should still be milking the Buffalo by the end of October 2020 - exciting times
