Recommended Beef Cooking Times Sirloin, Forerib Topside, Silverside Roast, 180°C, 350°F, Gas mark 4-5 Rare: 20 minutes per 450g plus 20 minutes Medium: 25 minutes per 450g plus 25 minutes Well Done: 30 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes Brisket Pot Roast or Slow Roast, 180°C, 350°F, Gas mark 4-5 30-40 minutes per 450g (lb) plus 30-40 mins.
